Clinical Technical Assistance Unit
The Clinical Technical Assistance Unit is committed to improving HIV care outcomes across the HIV care continuum to end the HIV epidemic in New York City.
The Clinical Technical Assistance Unit offers the following services to clinics:
- Remote and on-site technical assistance, such as webinars on various topics to help improve HIV prevention and care service delivery.
- Ongoing mentorship and consultations with subject matter experts.
- Public health education and technical assistance to increase the adoption of evidence-based practices proven to strengthen HIV care.
- Assistance in obtaining resources, including surveillance reports letters, clinical guidelines and other provider communications materials; social marketing materials; and safer sex products.
